I’m looking for a chime that sounds an audible tone when the door opens. I’m not wanting a doorbell or a motion sensor. Does Ring offer something like this, or should I be looking elsewhere?
Hi @ThanksEgon. If you have a Ring Alarm system, the Base Station and Keypad will chirp when a door or window with a Contact Sensor on it is opened. However, you do need the Ring Alarm system as the Contact Sensors cannot be used on their own. If you want more information on the Ring Alarm system, check out our Help Center article here.
