Yea they need to add this, there shouldn’t be a reason it needs to be so loud counting down, my dogs hate when she talks during the countdown timer to the point they know when we’re leaving and start shaking cause they know she’s coming and they don’t obviously understand what it is
Not being able to silence the countdown timer when setting to ‘home’ is a serious design flaw. The number of times we’ve been woken up by this, it’s so frustrating. Our old alarm system did not do this and I would consider switching to another system for this issue alone. @Ring do better!!!
Be able to set the alarm and disarm without waking up the whole house.
Silent arming via the app seems like a reasonable first step, upvote this one too App delay vs Keypad Delay
(Though given that these requests are several years old I don’t have much hope)
