I was getting an abnormal response when I tried to bring up the Ring Spotlight on my Amazon Echo Show device. I was able to bring up the Ring camera on my cell phone, but not on the Echo. It was an unusual response, where Alexa would say, “The camera is being used by other people, I can’t add you to the conversation.” Austin, the Ring tech walked me through a troubleshooting scenario that cleared the issue. We deleted the Ring camera then added it back, and that solved the trouble. He was tenacious in addressing the problem, and exhibited an extremely organized though process in his troubleshooting skills. He reminds me of myself, when I worked for Verizon doing the same thing as he. Thanks Austin/Ring.
