What happens when you try to place the order? Do you get any specific error messages?
It can’t shipping to singapore. Any advise??
It looks per https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018605871-Shipping-Policies that Ring doesnt currently ship to Singapore which would explain why it wont let you complete the preorder.
As an alternative you can try seeing if you would be able to preorder the doorbell directly from Amazon
