I have spent almost an hour trying to chat with Ring about this issue to no avail. Since there is no way to send a simple email, and I cannot make a phone call, I am trying this. I ordered a bundled charge and with 2 quick release battery packs directly from Ring. Didn't know until after I completed the order that it now ships through Amazon. They put the order in two packages. The charger came this morning without any problem. I received the "batteries" in a separate box this evening. The outside of the box says Lithium batteries, but surprise when I opened the box an it was a book called Fanatical Prospecting. Don't need or want the book. I went on Ring chat (since the order does not show in my Amazon Account) - and after three tries to keep the chat going and having to start over each time it dropped, they came up with an incorrect tracking number that show the order will come on the 13th. I said no, that wasn't my tracking number - but they told me to give it 72 hours after the `13th and they would see what they can do. I asked for a refund on the batteries and I would just order it direct from Amazon (would immediate correct the shipment if it was incorrect because the order would show up in my account. I ordered the new batteries now from Amazon so I can use the charger. I will be reaching out to Ring again tomorrow. I have been a very long time customer of Ring and have six active camera's that use these batteries. This is the worse customer service I have ever received from them. Is there any escalation path at Ring now? Amazon will not help because the order is from Ring. Suggestions anyone? BTW, Ring actually had me send pictures of the outside of the box and book inside - so they have all the details and correct tracking numbers.

    Hi @user20438. I'm sorry to hear you received the wrong product, but I'm glad you were able to get the batteries directly from Amazon so you can still use your Ring devices in the meantime.
