I placed an order for a Ring Spotlight Wired Pro on Sunday (27/11/2022) and there have been no updates to the DPD tracking link I received since then.
I have contacted Ring Support who just said to wait 10 days and were prepared to do nothing to help.
DPD have no delays in my area, so why has it not been sent yet?
