On the ‘Protect Basic’ plan can you download multiple videos at a time?
Good question @Malcolm! To download a Ring video recording, you must select the recording in event history or timeline view, tap the options for share or download, and download the video. This can only be done one at a time, the same as sharing a video. I hope this helps! 
Thanks for the reply. You may want to consider my request as an enhancement. It’s pretty tedious if you want to save a number of videos.
