Sharing access

I cannot connect to our families ring system. I was sent the invite and in the admin account it says invite sent but when I follow the steps in the email I get to my shared access section with nothing in it. Help.

Hi @user58921. Start by deleting all email invitations for Shared User requests. Next, have the owner delete all Shared User invitations. Once you have a clean slate, follow the steps in this Help Center article here.
