I can’t accept an invite for shared access. I have tried everything including reinstalling the ring app on my device and the owner of the ring doorbell. He is trying to get three people on it including myself, and so far nobody can. There is nothing to click on to accept the request! I’ve been at it now for four hours over a few days. He is now think of returning it back to Amazon.
