Shared user

I have sent an email to my partner and she has followed the instructions via the link but it asked her to scan the QR CODE on the cam then set up address but we still are unable to see the cam working. Can anyone help please

Hi @user47760. Once the cam is setup, the owner of the device will need to send a Shared User invitation. This Help Center article here has information on that process. I hope this is helpful.
