Shared User Link Wont Work

Hi all,
I received a shared user link from my boss and I made an account using my work email to keep my personal and business accounts seperate. I got the link in my work email but when I click on it, nothing shows up in the app under shared users. Any ideas on what I can do to get this set up on my end?


Hi @user48233. If you are logged into the account that the Share User invite was sent to, follow these steps in the Ring app to accept the invite:

  1. Tap on the menu in the upper left.
  2. Tap on Control Center.
  3. Tap on Shared Users.
  4. Tap on Manage to the right of name of the person who sent the invite.
  • You should see Invitation Pending under the name of any unaccepted invitations.
  1. Tap on the Accept button at the bottom if you would like to accept the invitation.
