Shared User for Indoor Cam

I installed a 2nd indoor cam, Gen2. I setup my wife as shared user and notification shows to be sent. Shortly, very shortly, thereafter, I received confirmation that the shared user accepted my shared user request. The problem is my wife never saw the request and, therefore, never accepted it. I deleted the shared user immediately to insure that someone else didn’t get access. Yes, the email address was correct so not sure why this happened. Anyone else seen?

Hi @Buzzoff13. You can have your wife check to see what devices have logged into her Ring account and remove any unwanted devices that have access to her account.
