Why can’t a shared user set their own notification chirp sound settings. I want to give them a different notification when the main door is opened. They use an iPhone and just get the standard notification beep and therefore can’t distinguish the door opening from anything else! Surely the same sounds option for the main user should be available.

Hi @yorkiemike. The Ring Alarm chirp tones for the Contact Sensor and Motion Detector are played from the Base Station and the Keypad. Push alerts on your phone will play the default notification sound that is set within your phone's settings. You're welcome to add your suggestion to our [Feature Request Board](https://community.ring.com/c/products/24), which we use to share new ideas with our teams here.
