Shared Account

My wife and I share an account that I set up. I added two cameras to the network. She, on her shared account, cannot see the new cameras. How do I fix this?

Hi @Rickles. I would first make sure the Shared User has access to all the devices. You can do that by following the steps listed in the Help Center article here. Next, check to make sure you are on the correct location. Do this by tapping on the Menu and then the Location at the top of the screen.
