Shared access

Hello so I got a new phone and gained access to my account again but the shared access link my husband sent me isn’t giving me the doorbell feed or anything. It still shows that I need to set up a device but when I scan the QR code it says it’s already in use. Help please!

Hi @Killian312. I think I responded to you in another thread suggesting you contact our support team, which is still a great option to get any concern resolved. I do want to mention that when you have a device shared to you, there will be a new location for it in the Ring App. Make sure that at the top of your Ring App, you tap your location name and select the one that has (Shared) in the title, as this will be where you find whatever device has been shared with you. :slight_smile:
