Shared access for my wife quit working and chat support left without helping

Hi @Brando033. You’ve reached the Ring Community, which is a public forum where we can help with general troubleshooting tips and tricks. For Shared User concerns, removing the Shared User completely and then adding them back is a good troubleshooting step to start with.

After the Shared User accepts the invitation and signs into their Ring account, they will need to make sure they are on the correct Location in the Ring app. Have them tap the Location name in the top center of the Ring app and select the one with “(Shared)” in the name from the drop down list. This will allow them to see the device that has been shared with them from that Location.
