Sensors require bypass - everything closed?

troubleshooting

Hi there, The past few days I've been getting the "sensor requires bypass" alert when arming my alarm. However, all my windows and doors are shut. Had this over a year so not user error. Is there a way to see which sensor is causing the issue? Thanks

I think if you go into your devices on the app it should tell you which one. Would be very good if the keypad would tell you as you have to name them all can't be too hard for Ring to implement.

Hi @Das1. As @paul211b mentioned, try checking the Ring Alarm Devices list in the Ring app to review the status of each Contact Sensor and Motion Detector. It's possible one of the Sensors could be in a Tampered status if the cover is not completely snapped into place, which would cause the [bypass](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001173583-Bypassing-Devices) message to occur when arming.

I tested the batteries in mine and replacing them fixed this  "requires bypass" problem
