RMA#: (Prepaid Return Shipping Label)

On 26 Oct 20, I received my replacement set of Ring Door bell

On 28 Oct 20, I made an overseas call to US and asking for a Prepaid Return Shipping Label via email so I can return my Faulty Ring doorbell back to Ring.

Now my query is Do I Still need to return the faulty set back? If yes, I still yet to receive my return shipping label

Can i use back the one they sent me last Year?
