Could anybody help ive got a ring doorbell 2 pro hardwired and when you view the images they are blurry for a few seconds also if you zoom in on the image its blurry ive got a rrsi is 56 singal which is saying its good see attached photo of zoomed image
Hello @user49444. I would recommend trying to reboot your Ring device using the Ring app to try to fix your concern. Also, try rebooting your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. We also have this Help Center article with other steps to try for poor video quality.
