Ring will not Play some history - some times LIVE will not engage

Have a Ring Doorbell wired to front door. Has been working great for a couple of years. Over the last week some activity will not play (Person Detected or Live View). Have tried on two different Samsung phones and computer and the same History will not play. We had house cleaners come to the house yesterday. 3 different times people came into the house and all videos of them arriving show up and viewable. They all left the house 2 hours later and nothing showed up, no motion or activity.

When trying to open a LIVE view of doorbell usually will not open on any device. Have checked the Internet speed and have 160MB download and 25MB upload (have a new mesh network). When connected to Ring from the app the battery symbol is solid Green 100%.

Hi @DaveSr. You may want to check the RSSI to ensure that the Doorbell has a strong internet connection. If the RSSI is on the higher end, it can indicate an unstable wifi connection which can result in Live View not activating or the Doorbell disconnecting.
