Trying to add my wife’s app for permission to be alerted by the Ring. The Ring account simply sits and spins, will not load my account. The website is less than good in my opinion. I need a simple solution, quickly. Frustrated with it.
Hi @kepnlight. Are you using a VPN for your web browser when trying to log into your account? You will need to make sure that you are turning off the VPN as the website and our app does not support VPN usage. Additionally, if you need to add your wife as a shared user, you can do this from the app on your phone as well. You will go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Settings > Users > Add User.
