Ring web interface and iOS app report battery status reversed

The updated web interface is pretty good and checks the boxes for me. One odd thing though.

The web app reports the battery status (left/right) as if you are behind the camera looking through it (I’m seeing 10% left, 98% right). The iOS app reports the status as if you are in front of the camera looking at it (I’m seeing 98% left, 10% right).

Not a major issue, but just a funny annoyance.

Hi @just1Rick. Thanks for sharing those screenshots. If you’re able to, can you try swapping the position of each battery to see if that change is reflected on both the Ring app and Ring.com? You may need to trigger a test event after swapping the batteries in order for the Device Health screen to update.
