Ring Wall Mount for Solar Panels and Cams

I purchased the “ Ring Wall Mount for Solar Panels and Cams” (https://ring.com/products/wall-mount-solar-panels-and-cams ) and the new 4w solar panel (https://ring.com/products/solar-panel-usb-c). The plate on the mount is way too big for the slot on the back of the panel. I then ordered the small 1.9 w panel and it too does not fit the mount. On the ring website the “ Ring Wall Mount for Solar Panels and Cams” links to the 4w solar panel as a compatible product. Any help is appreciated.
