RING needs an in car security system. Make it include a hidden camera or something that can record to local storage when WiFi isn’t available and then it can automatically upload it’s saved footage when WiFi does become available. Make a Pro/Elite Edition that would have a cellular option when paired with an affordable 4G service plan. The 4G could either be for video or simply to get a security system alert through the app. Heck give it GPS with geofencing and then if the vehicle assumes it’s parked at home it could be linked with your homes other RING supported products triggering lighting and alarms. Then lastly come up with a catchy slogan such-as “RING, We’re everywhere you gotta be”.
I agree, a cellular LTE camera device that can run off batteries or be plugged into a 12v solar set up would be great. You can buy unlimited data Sims now, and therefore record back to your Ring account 24/7.
