Installed the transformer. At first my bridge went off line, then a number of devices, now the transformer won’t turn on at scheduled time.
Your Smart Lighting Bridge is the center of communication, and ensuring for optimal signal to this will allow for the rest of your Smart Lighting to operate efficiently. With this in mind, please ensure the Bridge is located close enough to your wifi router and maintains a reasonable distance with the other Smart Light devices.
As for the lights and Transformer going offline, please ensure the outlet used is GFCI and also double check the wire gauge used for wiring lights. Check out our Help Center article for more details and tips on installation.
