ring support

I am very disapointed with ring support. We boaught our first ring product back in 2016 and support was a lot better then. Now since they have grown the support has gone downhill. I need support with a subscription and the call was outsourced to the phillipines where we clearly did nto understan each other. It lead to me just cancelling my subscriptions and removing my credit card info from their system. ALSO: there is no email anymore so that you have rthe ability to directly email the company and tell them what you need. The chat is all automated. Congratulations ring you have now sunk to the low level of ATT customer service. that is pretty bad
