Ring subscription

I purchased a new ring 2 doorbell it’s saying my subscription runs out at the end of the month but i paid for my yearly subscription in March for my old ring doorbell does this not cover my new doorbell don’t want to pay it twice

Hi @Julz220376! If you log in on Ring.com and visit the “My plans” section of your account, you should be able to control your Protect Plan subscriptions and see which devices are subscribed.
