I am about to buy the system for my mom for Mother’s Day. Do I buy the subscription for monitoring now or wait until everything is installed?
Good question @Merisue! It is best to wait until your device is setup so you can apply the Protect Plan subscription to the device. This can easily be done at Ring.com via web browser. Check out our Protect Plans to see all the features each plan offers. I hope this helps!
