Ring Spotlight Camrea stuck in "connecting to your cam"

I'm trying to setup my new Spotlight Cam, I get it passed the Ring Wifi stage, but once it get to the next page which is "Connecting to your Spotlight Cam.." its stays in that forever, I've gone and recharged the battery's to make sure they are fully charged, I've attempted the setup maybe 3 or 4 times now, and its been stuck in that screen now for around 10-15 minutes, After that time the blinking white light turns off and it stays in Connecting to your spotlight cam

Hi @Mfitzy89. Try resetting the Spotlight Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds, and then attempt the setup process again. Another troubleshooting step is to try the setup process on a different smartphone or tablet to see if that works.
