Ring Smart lights schedule not working

Hi. I installed correctly the two ring smart lights with the bridge. Everything is installed correctly with string signals. I have the two lights NOT grouped together. They have the same light schedule. My problem is THEY NEVER FOLLOW THE SCHEDULE. Very frustrating. They turn on and off only on a manual command. What is the fix!???

Hi there, @TCristaldi85. The best step will be to check out our Smart Light scheduling help center article, filled with tips and tricks to optimize this experience. You light schedules certainly should be followed, especially if you’ve checked linked device and / or any group settings. Although you mentioned the Bridge signal being strong, a good test would be to bring a Smart light closer to observe operation of the schedule. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
