Ring Smart Lighting Motion Sensors
I purchased two motion sensors in January 2020. I have always used Energizer Ultimate lithium aaa batteries. I have recently replaced the batteries, but I am being notified that the battery is low? I have tried replacing the batteries, but same issue. Is the product defective?

Hi @Reno1980! If you've just replaced the batteries with new ones, there should be no need to replace them again. The best first step here will be to trigger a motion or even reconnect the motion sensor via a setup process in the Ring app. Once complete the Ring app should update and display the proper battery status. I hope this helps! :)
