Ring Smart Lightbulbs won't turn on/off after brownout

Every time the power goes out my ring smart light bulbs have problems reconnecting. I am able to adjust the brightness but can not turn them on and off trough ring app nor Alexa. It's very frustrating 😑 to have to spend hours on my day off with tech support resetting each one! What can I do to fix this problem without having to reconnect each bulb, since it rakes 5 minutes each bulb x 10 bulbs! Pleae help! Thanks.
