Just got a ring siren and it’s hard wired but I still need the batteries or a rechargeable battery for the light to work
If hardwired why cannot the light automatically work. Not sure how long the D batteries last but having to go up a ladder to change this seems a little daft. I know can get a solar option with rechargeable battery but then I need to find a good place for solar panel with a long cable to get the sun correctly
Would it not be better to have the dusk to Dawn light work on hardwired options for those with it
