Hi, I can’t sign up for the ring protection plans. Each time I log in the page stays blank. Any help appreciated. Thanks
Hi @Polly61. Make sure your web browser is fully updated, and turn off any VPNs while accessing Ring.com. From there, follow the steps outlined here to subscribe to a Ring Protect plan. If the web page does not load, try a different web browser. Should that still not work, our support team can help get you signed up for a plan.
