  Hi @Polly61. Make sure your web browser is fully updated, and turn off any VPNs while accessing Ring.com. From there, follow the steps outlined [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360030333671-How-to-Subscribe-to-a-Ring-Protect-Plan) to subscribe to a Ring Protect plan. If the web page does not load, try a different web browser. Should that still not work, our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) can help get you signed up for a plan.
