Ring Protection Plan won't show on shared account

My husband, the owner of our Ring doorbell, purchased the yearly basic protection plan. It hasn’t shown up on my account, the shared user. Is there something we need to do to get it working on mine? Does it take a good while to show up?

Hey @YouAreBeingWatched. The Ring Protect Plan will only show up on the owner’s account, so as long as you can confirm you can see it from there, then you should be all set! Since shared users cannot make any changes to the account and the device, you will not be able to see it at this time and will need to manage it from his account for future times.
