Ring protect plan

I paid for two yearly subscriptions back in April, ordered another cam and did the monthly plan for just that one, so why did it switch all three cameras to the monthly plan and acting like I didn't pay out almost $65.00? I'm not going to give more money when I already paid for the yearly plan for two cameras and they took chat off of here
