I do not see any video on my ring protect recordings only audio. How can I fix this?
Hey @Danny19424. Are you able to hear your videos, but the videos are black? If you are able to see your event history, but the videos are not showing up, you may need to make some adjustments to your router’s settings to eliminate the black video error. Please check out our Ring Help Center Article here for more information on how to make these adjustments. Normally if you contact your ISP, you will be able to walk through these adjustments with them. Let me know how it goes!
