I have a Basic Ring Protect Plan and intend to update to Protect Plus. I have opted for the 12 month payment, meaning the $40 annual plan still has six months to go. is there a way to get credit for the unused portion when upgrading please?
Hey @Thommy. When you upgrade your plan to the Protect Plus from the Basic, you should receive a prorated refund for the remaining portion of your yearly subscription. Please allow about 5-7 business days for this to be processed as well. If for any reason you don’t see this refund applied back to your original payment method, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers availablehere.
