My ring pro detects motion, responds to live view and has good power and connection but does not detect doorbell when I press the button. What could be the issue? Thanks
Hi @Luckysim. To clarify, when you press the Doorbell button, it doesn’t register that it’s been pressed? If so, you may want to reset your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. From there, set it back up in the Ring App and test it out to make sure it’s working properly. If that doesn’t do the trick, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
