Ring Pro and Wifi


Today I installed my new doorbell. The old one cracked due to the heat. The new one connected to the wifi no problem.

A few hours later I noticed it was disconnected from the wifi. I tried to reset it, but I can’t get the blue light to spin when I hit the button on the side. The blue light flashes or goes off. I’ve tried to hold it down for 30 seconds for it to disconnect and start all over, but I still get the flashing light or its black. Also, ring no longer shows up in my wifi. Help Please
