Hi, I have joined the forum to find out how to get a refund for my ring protect plan, if anyone has any advice I would much appreciate hearing it! Or if anyone from Ring reads this please could you contact me? I returned the ring devices to costco some time ago so have not needed the plan. Thanks, Ed
