I recently bought the peephole and installed it. I have night vision “on” in the video settings. No matter if I have my porch light on or off the night vision NEVER comes on so I’m stuck looking into amostly black abyss which is worthless. Everything is up to date. What do I do? Thank you in advance.
Wow, no help from ring employee’s, what a joke?! I understand normal people not helping but ring themselves? WTF?!
Hi @Fifth313ment. Thanks for sharing that screenshot. This is a neighbor-to-neighbor support forum and not a direct line to support, but I’d be happy to chime in and offer some helpful suggestions. A good troubleshooting step to try is to reset your Ring by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that’s done, you’ll need to take it through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device.
