I have attempted to purchase RING products form the on line RING site…Payment was made by VISA Debit
The funds were received by RING
RINGS.s own internal VERIFICATION Team then cancelled the order due to ‘payment format’ issues
The telephone and online customer services team cannot answer when questioned ,what does ‘payment format’ issues mean?
I have used this payment method before with no problems!
