Ring notifications

I no longer get notifications from Ring since I got a new Samsung phone. I didn’t change any settings. Help please.

Although it is rare, sometimes the settings saved on your Ring email account get changed (your actual settings are stored on the Ring Server, not on your phone). So even though you have correct settings displayed on your phone Ring App, these might not be what is on your Ring account Cloud Server. To fix your text-type Notifications, you should first try toggling your Ring and/or Motion Alerts OFF and then wait about half a minute and then toggle them back ON to ‘resend’ the correct setting back to your Ring account.
