Please allow for users to be able to easily change the phone alert sound when mail is delivered. The existing iOS “ding” is no different than a thousand other “ding” notifications and often is missed or unintentionally ignored.
Agree - need the same for the Android app.
On my Android phone I can go into the Notifications settings and customize the sound of the notification for the various Ring devices I have. I don’t have a mailbox sensor, so I’m only presuming you can do the same with it.
