Ring Lighting Motion Sensor (1st Gen) not connecting to bridge

I have a bunch of Motion Sensors (1st Gen) already connected to the bridge. I got a few more and none of them will successfully set up and connect to the bridge. My existing sensors continue to work correctly. Maybe this is a problem with a recent iOS Ring App update? Has anyone else been able to connect a new Motion Sensor (1st Gen) to a Ring bridge?


Hi @Zakharov. I would suggest looking at some of the troubleshooting steps in this Help Center article here. I realize this article is for Path Lights, but the troubleshooting information is still relevant. I would make sure for phone settings are adjusted according to how to the article suggests.
