RING! Is a piece of garbage with no customer support

Ring doorbell is horrible and no customer support. My Ring quit working for no apparent reason 4 months ago when it was just over a year old (how convenient). They offer zero help or solutions. The furtherest I’ve gotten was a generic reply telling me “steps” to fix my issue which was clearly sent by Amazon’s AI, because it was generic, did not address my very specific question and instead listed pointless troubleshooting steps that I could find in any User Manuel (if one existed). I couldn’t be more disappointed with Ring.
