We try to install ring intercom. When I ring, I see it on the app but I can’t open the door. It’s not working…

Hello @user57622, Thank you for your patience.
After Ring Intercom has been installed, make sure that Testing Mode is complete in the Ring app.
To complete Test Mode in the Ring app, please make sure to follow the below steps:
* Tap on the menu in the upper left.
* Tap on Devices.
* Tap on Ring Intercom.
* On the device dashboard, a banner that says Tap here to complete your device setup will be present at the bottom of the screen.
If you cannot see the banner test mode is complete, you will need to contact CS with the below details:
Photos of the below items:
The interior wiring.
The front cover of the existing intercom handset.
The exterior plate of the handset.
