After Ring Intercom has been installed, make sure that Testing Mode is complete in the Ring app.
To complete Test Mode in the Ring app, please make sure to follow the below steps:
- Tap on the menu in the upper left.
- Tap on Devices.
- Tap on Ring Intercom.
- On the device dashboard, a banner that says Tap here to complete your device setup will be present at the bottom of the screen.
If you cannot see the banner test mode is complete, you will need to contact CS with the below details:
