Can the alert that the Ring app sends when the intercom is buzzed be sent as an urgent/time sensitive?
This would then be much more visible to users who aren’t always on their phone/have do not disturb on too.
I had called and asked them the same question and they said (for what it is worth) the plan for release is first quarter of next year.
