Ring intercom on Fermax 3399 causes wrong floor to ring

After installing the intercom, now when someone rings our floor at the front door, another flat gets rang. I also get no notification in the app.

App testing went well, the door can be opened from the app… But not very useful if now when people call me they actually get a different neighbour.
